Deliverybot revival?

The Deliverybot project was abandoned a couple of years ago, I believe primarily because of @colinjfw (the original author) having issues with distributing the app on the GitHub Marketplace.

Since then, I, @koenpunt, have used Deliverybot with self-hosted deployments successfully. And now that I noticed the domainname was for sale, I purchased it, and decided to aim for a revival of the project.

The idea is to start with making a hosted version again, and then later look into simplifying the deployment of a self-hosted version, and maybe also provide the documented, but not implemented, Kubernetes deployment.
